Pre-Season Conditioning and Training Camp

To better prepare our players Burbank National is offering a limited Pre-Season Training and Conditioning Camp for registered players. Our goal is to have these players more prepared for when the competitive season starts by give then more time to learn the fundamentals and the rules of the game of baseball. We believe it is valuable to give these players more throwing and batting reps before the start of competition. In the past, because of the weather, most players have only been able to get 2-3 practices before the season starts if that.
The Camp will start with conditioning exercises and basic baseball fundamentals. We will then transition to throwing and batting opportunities all while having some fun baseball related games along the way.

The camp will take place at a local Burbank School just 1.5 miles from our fields. First Camp date is scheduled to begin in mid January 2025. Final Camp session details will be available at a later time but will be dependent and the number of participates. Participates will be guaranteed +25 hours of training availability. Final age session details will be shared at a later time.

NOTE: MUST BE FULLY REGISTERED AND PAID BY DECEMBER 15TH TO PARTICIPATE FOR FREE. A FEE WILL BE ADDED AFTER THIS DATE FOR PLAYERS WANTING TO PARTICIPATE.

Because this is a rented facility only camp participates will be allowed in facility. Parents will have to wait outside. We are not allowed to have parents or kids roaming the facility. No food, gym or sugary drinks allowed. These rules should be followed as we will remove participates from the camp before we are asked to leave by the facility.
